The Alcott Center has been on the forefront of community mental health services since 1979, meeting the needs of community members who have little to no income and would not otherwise have access to the care they require. In addition to therapy, case and medication management, crisis interventions, trauma-informed studio art classes, Alcott also provides supportive housing for people navigating mental health challenges. Alcott recognizes that mental health is multi-faceted & that housing plays an immense role in an individual's mental health. For that reason, Alcott launched & continues to expand supportive housing projects & utilizes trauma-informed property management to help community members maintain housing.

Alcott’s mission is to enhance the quality of life and empower individuals faced with mental health and housing challenges as they transition toward wellness.

Founders’ Donation Matching Program

The Alcott Center is incredibly grateful to announce the inaugural year of our Founders’ Matching program. Thanks to the generosity of key stakeholders that helped to build the Alcott Center to what it is today, every dollar you donate will be matched up to $10,000. This program was made possible because of Tom Pritchard and Penny Mehra who have continued to be dedicated to accessible mental health and housing services in our community.
